The deadline to verify your address for Fall 2026 lab kit shipping has passed. If you did not verify your address by 9/5 but were enrolled in an online science course as of 9/5, you will receive a lab kit to the HOME address we had on file in Self-Service as of that date. If you changed your HOME address in Self-Service on 9/5, you will not be able to return to this form to verify your address; however, the change will be reflected on the order. Please email Sciences@goodwin.edu with any questions regarding lab kit shipping. Emails received over the weekend will be answered on Tuesday 9/8.
